HOMEWORK:
Part #1: Shoot a portrait in black and white or color negative film. Have a lab make a print using custom cropping to compliment the composition. Bring both the original film and final print to the next class.

Part #2: Shoot a backlit (or sidelit) portrait with and without a reflector. Homemade reflectors (poster board or bedding) are fine. Bring the two final prints or slides to the next class.
